With WWE’s high-profile debut on Netflix just two weeks away, the streaming platform is gearing up for the monumental move by adding five new content categories specifically tailored for WWE programming. As WWE prepares with must-see matches featuring stars like Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, and Seth Rollins, Netflix is making its own preparations to welcome fans with a diverse array of shows.
One of the standout programs is WWE Raw Classics, a retrospective series highlighting the most memorable moments from the red brand’s storied history. Hosted by Big E, the show will feature appearances by WWE Legends and Superstars, including CM Punk, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, and the unsigned Becky Lynch. Lynch’s involvement in WWE Raw Classics has sparked speculation about whether it signals a new long-term deal between WWE and “The Man.”
Netflix has also introduced sections for other WWE programs, including WWE Top 10. This show will spotlight the best matches ever aired on WWE Raw. Although John Cena, Triple H, and Lynch are mentioned as features in the program, they are expected to appear as participants in the highlighted matches rather than as hosts.
Another addition, WWE Road to WrestleMania, promises to showcase the journey to “The Grandest Stage of Them All,” featuring must-see matches and thrilling moments leading up to WrestleMania.
Two additional programs, WWE Superstar Profiles and WWE Legends Profiles, are more broadly described. Superstar Profiles will focus on current WWE stars competing for championships and glory, while Legends Profiles will celebrate the careers of WWE’s greatest legends, showcasing unforgettable matches and moments from their time in the ring.
This exciting bundle of WWE programming will launch on Netflix starting January 1.
