Jey Uso Rejects Jimmy Uso’s Attempt to Reconcile Backstage on WWE Raw
Jimmy Uso made a surprise appearance on “WWE Raw,” crossing brand lines in an effort to reconcile with his twin brother and Intercontinental Champion, Jey Uso. Just over a week after making his return at WWE Bad Blood, where he helped Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes battle Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline, Jimmy sought to rebuild their fractured relationship. His efforts came on the heels of “WWE SmackDown,” where he had called for the brothers to reunite and rekindle their bond.
This was the first face-to-face meeting between the twins since their heated clash at WrestleMania, but it didn’t go as Jimmy hoped. Jey was focused on his upcoming Intercontinental Championship defense against Bron Breakker next week. Earlier in the night, he appeared during the show to save Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods from Breakker’s assault, but things got tense backstage when Jimmy approached him in the locker room.
Jey Walks Away From Jimmy’s Apology
Jimmy didn’t have much time to explain his intentions before Jey coldly turned and walked away without a word. In a later segment, Jimmy was shown searching for his brother again and eventually found him exiting another room. He tried once more to talk things through, asking Jey for a chance to reconcile.
However, Jey shut him down with a sharp response: “I said no!” He then told Jimmy to get out of his face and walked off, leaving Jimmy standing alone, staring after his brother with a look of regret as the segment came to an emotional close.
The tension between the Uso twins continues to build, and with Jey preparing for his title defense next week, it remains uncertain whether Jimmy’s attempts to repair their bond will ever succeed.
