Former WWE Star Mideon Shares His Favorite Current Storylines

Dennis Knight, best known as Mideon during WWE’s Attitude Era, recently opened up about his favorite wrestling storylines, highlighting one from WWE Raw and another from WWE SmackDown. Mideon, who reunited with his Ministry of Darkness leader The Undertaker on Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway, expressed his admiration for the ongoing Judgment Day storyline.

“Dom [Mysterio] and Liv [Morgan] are phenomenal,” Mideon said with enthusiasm. “I’m a Liv fan for life, but Dominik doesn’t have to do anything. He walks out there, and the crowd goes wild — the mustache, the fact that he’s not jacked, it’s perfect.”

The Judgment Day angle, featuring Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan on Raw, has captured Mideon’s attention, but he’s also invested in SmackDown’s Bloodline saga.

“I’m sorry, I love you, Haku, but one of them needs to learn a little more,” Mideon commented, possibly referring to Haku’s son, Tonga Loa. However, he had high praise for another member of the Samoan dynasty. “One of my favorite wrestlers over the last few years is Jacob Fatu. He’s a monster. I’ve never seen anyone, maybe since Brock Lesnar, come in and immediately command that level of fear in fans and other wrestlers.”

Mideon also applauded the work of Paul Heyman with The Bloodline, particularly highlighting the night The Bloodline viciously attacked Heyman on SmackDown in June 2024. Mideon admired Heyman’s dedication to the craft, noting how Heyman purposely deprived himself of sleep to give his eyes a heavy, red look, adding an extra layer of realism to the scene.

“That’s commitment to the product,” Mideon said, recognizing Heyman’s effort to enhance the storyline’s impact.
